Pluckwork

01 March 2023

Rich Hamer has been involved in workshops, group sessions and masterclasses for a long time, but Pluckwork is his very own project. He has built a workshop concept which is perfectly suited to his mindful and inclusive teaching style. This series of workshops are really fun group sessions, designed for guitarists of all abilities, who want to play guitar with others. The sessions are usually an hour or two long, and are a fantastic opportunity to enjoy playing music in a group and meet new people. You can find out more at: pluckwork.com

Normality Returns as Lockdown Eases

20 April 2021

It has been a long road, but lockdown is starting to ease as the nation recovers and restrictions are gradually lifted. This is good news for those who take guitar lessons, as face-to-face lessons can gradually resume over the coming weeks in England.

If the pandemic has taught us anything about learning an instrument, it is that online music lessons are actually highly effective. There are many who will choose to keep their lessons online. However, there are some clear advantages to learning face-to-face, straight from one musician to another.

Guitar lessons in the studio remain safe, clean, and observe current government guidelines.
